Early complex tiering pattern: Upper Ordovician, Barrandian area, the Czech Republic

چکیده
Upper Ordovician shallow marine fine-grained sandstones and siltstones exposed in the Loděnice – vinice locality yielded a distinct well-preserved tiering pattern of trace fossils. The two uppermost tiers are composed mainly Bifungites Nereites. Deeper sediment, dominated by Thalassinoides, Zoophycos Teichichnus occur. Most succession is completely bioturbated; however, several storm layers enabled study frozen pattern. Large portions bedding planes (ichnologic snapshots) showed considerable patchiness intensive surface bioturbation preferred orientation Bifungites. identified one earliest examples well-documented complex burrows documented detail.

We considerably decreased the risk of horizontal and vertical contamination of the PCR reaction by using uracil and uracil-N-glycosylase and by keeping reaction cups closed since the first amplification cycle. More importantly, our study showed that Parachlamydia DNA is rarely found in bronchoalveolar lavage samples (0.083%). This s...
